I did 16 minutes of running today and 14 of walking uphill on the treadmill. I also lifted weights. 38 pounds to go!!

16 MINUTES - great job! I don't think I'd make 16 seconds :) Keep up the good work (although I thought you looked beautiful in that picture just the size you are!) I also would love to loose 20 pounds - to start. I'm 6 pounds closer, and will probably try to walk a couple of nights this week.
